Garlic Parsley Butter

This Garlic Parsley Butter is good for seasoning chicken, spreading on bread, flavoring fries, and other veggie dishes.

    • 2 sticks (1 C) of unsalted butter

    • 1 bunch (1 C) of chopped parsley

    • 1-2 TBSP of minced garlic

    • S & P to taste

    • (Optional) lemon zest

    • Mix softened butter with the rest of the ingredients. Adjust ingredients to suit your taste

    • Put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
