Garlic Parsley Butter
This Garlic Parsley Butter is good for seasoning chicken, spreading on bread, flavoring fries, and other veggie dishes.

2 sticks (1 C) of unsalted butter
1 bunch (1 C) of chopped parsley
1-2 TBSP of minced garlic
S & P to taste
(Optional) lemon zest

Mix softened butter with the rest of the ingredients. Adjust ingredients to suit your taste
Put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
